Department: Engineering SystemsMain Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs an Application Engineer, you'll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team which includes a group of colleagues from same or different disciplines, where you'll gain:

• Knowledge of Plant 3D Customization & AutoCAD, Lisp Programming, and a hand-on experience on SQL database
• Knowledge in International Codes and Practices
• Software Loading and Project Setup
• Day-to-day administrative activities like Project Archival, Retrieval, Back Up, etc.
• Piping Specs, Specialty Items customization & catalogues preparation
• Drawing file customization
• Extraction of various reports like Interferences, Reports, MTO, Line List, Design Parameters, and Insulation
• Troubleshooting of Plant 3D user level and advance user level problems
• Administration of Plant 3D model, customization to suit project requirements, and support to multi-discipline end users of model
• Ensure maintenance of integrity of 3D model database and regular transfer of information from 3D model to other IT Systems
• Work closely with discipline leads of projects to understand their requirements and address their demand on time
• Develop macros to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and avoid human errors
• Good technical understanding of Piping Codes & Standards.
• Should have minimum relevant experience of 1-3 Years of experience as Plant 3D Admin.
• Should have experience in Pharma or SKID based projects.
• Should have exposure to Incident management system.

Education and Work ExperienceIn all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have an overall 1-5 years of experience in engineering projects with good knowledge of Piping design.
• You have at least two years of experience working as a Plant 3D Administrator of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• You have a degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or a similar technical field.
