Position Summary:In this role, you will utilize your extensive application development skills to help support a critical Finance Technology Delivery team. You will be working on several Technology initiatives forEvernorth, providing technical oversight and direction as well as mentoring to our growing team in Hyderabad. & Responsibilities:

• Support core cloud systems: Linux/Windows OS, Web/API Servers, SQL / Oracle and similar systems.
• Lead incident, problem, and event management support of our infrastructure, systems, and services.
• Support core on prem, cloud infrastructure: Network, Servers, Active Directory, and similar systems.
• Collaborate with other engineers on design, task sharing, and support problem solving.
• Design code based solutions to automate manual tasks, processes, and to support new initiatives.
• Document process and automation code/logic so that others can understand and contribute.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery in an automated way.
• Protect the confidentiality of sensitive and/or proprietary company and customer information, including HIPAA data.
• Partner and communicate with Operations and Development Team members to ensure successful production deployments.
• Provide technical oversight, direction, and hands-on mentoring to ensure adherence in the enterprise direction and architectural strategies.
• Support office IT needs as needed.

Required Experience/ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands on experience with Python, Selenium, core AWS services: and similar services.
• Proficient with current industry-leading development tools (IDE, Source control, build/CI, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in CICD automation and configuration software such as (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy and Ansible).
• Experience with using and managing Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• A track record in designing scalable cloud infrastructure and fault tolerance systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-centric design patterns.
• Curiosity and critical thinking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to be effective with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a Scrum-based environment.
• Experience developing applications for Pharmacy or Healthcare industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Programming proficiency in one or more of the following languages to develop tools and automation: Python, PowerShell, JSON.
• Knowledgeable in network configuration/troubleshooting (load balancing, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
• Experience supporting Golang web based solutions preferred.

Education and Training:

• BS or MS degree in related field or equivalent experience.
