Position Summary:

Profile: Application Development Lead .NET


Experience: 7+ years


Qualification: BE/MCA/BTech/Graduate in IT

Technology Competency:

• 7-12 years of relevant project delivery and .Net technology development experience.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining large scale digital channel systems.
• Should have grown technically with right mix of technical & project management skills.
• Should have demonstrated architect/design skills and having strong development experience background to build and support scalable/secure websites based on .NET technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, XML, HTML, Java Script, IIS, MSSQL and should be aware of Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Must have developed applications interfacing ERP systems (SAP, E1, etc.).
• Well-versed with Agile project management and SDLC management.
• Domain experience in manufacturing/pharma is good to have.

• Maintain and deliver cost-effective digital technology platforms ensuring superior customer experience and operational support.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to successful SDLC implementation.
• Uphold application support services, security standards, scalability, and user experience.
• Apply advanced design skills to improve existing platforms and re-architect as per business needs.
• Managing a team of developers (that includes outsourced teams) to achieve organizational/divisional business objectives.
• Should be well versed with Agile project management tools like JIRA.
