We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Application Development Lead Analyst(ITX/ WTX Production Support)Position Overview:Software Production Support resource supporting Cigna\'s deployment and support of applications built on IBM ITX / WTX and linux / windows.Responsibilities:

• Debug code, resolve customer data issues and provide resolutions within a short period of time using extensive knowledge on ITX/WTX Mappings.
• Use In depth knowledge in HIPAA Transactions (837 I&P, 835, 277CA, 278, 999), Logistics (850, 855, 856, 810, 997, 832, 852, 846, 861) and Enrollment(834) Transactions to resolve day to day issues.
• Handle Production failures and identify root cause and able to provide appropriate solutions.
• Perform trading partner setup / on-boarding, mapping specifications and documentation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, customer / vendor / internal, interface development for import / export of EDI data.
• Setup various communications using Protocols FTP, AS2, VAN, MFT with trading partners as and when required.
• Provide analysis from a WTX perspective on map functionality and design for new maps and updating existing maps.
• Understand and modify existing Shell scripts, Perl scripts as part of Production support.
• Resolve issues/defects related to EDI data and facilitate trouble shooting of integration issues.

Required Skills:

• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling large data files and data sets.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with internal business stakeholders and external clients fluently.
• Extensive experience in Windows and LINUX operating systems.
• Experience in developing and debugging Shell scripts.
• Experience in facilitating tirage sessions, identify root cause and resolve tickets.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Logging, Error Handling and Dashboards.

Required Experience & Education:

• 5-8 years in total related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a production support role with a good understanding of Production Support Policies and Procedures.
• 3+ years of experience in ITX / WTX mappings tools.
• Extensive knowledge on EDI / HIPAA transactions.

Desired Experience:

• Healthcare Industry experience.
• Coachingof team members.
