We are looking for a developer who is open to growing and learning on the job in supporting our Contact Center technology. This role provides professional support and input to Application Development assignments/projects. They take direction to assist in formulating systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. This role completes most phases of systems analysis while working in partnership with more senior engineers.This is a hands-on position with visibility to management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest technologies and development techniquesResponsibilities:

  • Assists in configuration for Cisco / Genesys Desktop development
  • Acts as a team contributor in a team of Engineers and Analysts in triaging technical and functional issues.
  • Solves problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and configurations
  • Completes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
  • Analyzes, designs and supports implementation of business-specific solutions and / or frameworks.
  • Ability to utilize reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
  • Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues
  • Ad hoc data research
  • Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications
  • Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems
  • Monitors the performance of internal systems
  • Attends scrum ceremony meetings and design sessions
  • Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
QualificationsRequired Skills:
  • Cisco / Genesys Desktop development
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
Required Experience & Education:
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
  • College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt
Desired Experience:
  • Exposure to AWS
  • Healthcare experience
Location & Hours of Work:
  • Full-time position, expected shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST / 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM EST) working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
  • Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
