And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there.Application Development Advisor Back-EndPosition OverviewWe're seeking a talented Back-end Engineer to design and implement robust, scalable systems powering our AI applications. You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies and contribute to projects that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Python, Langchain, and other cutting-edge packages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs and data models
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and back-end technologies

Qualifications:Required Experience & Skills:

• 11 to 13 years of development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks
• Experience with Langchain or similar AI-focused libraries (Haystack, Symantec Kernel, etc)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of database systems and ORM technologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Desired Skills:

• FastAPI
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, Kubernetes, EKS
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows
• Contributions to open-source projects
