• In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud and Salesforce platform
• Experience in conceptualizing & designing solutions using Salesforce platform and leading scrum team/ squad successfully implementing the solutions
• Must have worked in at least 2 to 5 Salesforce implementation projects as Technical Lead or Lead developer providing Implementation, Enhancement, and support services
• Expertise in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirement.

• In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud and Salesforce platform
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce lightning web components (LWC) implementation is must
• Good exposure and experience with integration implementation with middleware and large volume data migration to Salesforce
• Good experience in developing APEX classes, Triggers, Lightning components, Visual force pages, Controllers, Workflows, Process builder, Approval Processes, SOAP & REST API Integration
• Experienced in working with agile methodology and being part of Scrum/Done teams

• Strong communication skills, ability to work comfortably with different regions
• Actively participate within internal project community
• Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional and global basis and as part of joint cross location initiative.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
• Able to perform under pressure.
