About the role
Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon's Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes. The team comprises of inhouse and outsources resources and work together in delivering SAP Technical and Functional changes that enable Haleon to meet our Consumer's needs.
The ACC Delivery Manager - Workday position is responsible for the technical system solution and delivery of demand and projects for Workday and integration with other systems in the Landscape. This requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such as Workday, Integration solution design, change management, product management and more. The Delivery Manager is responsible to work with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in HR domain and provides input into strategic decisions to deliver changes to the Workday Platform.
Role Responsibilities:• Experience in designing, configuring and deploying changes to our global Workday Platform, including solution build, configuration, testing and delivery to meet business requirements via Inhouse & Outsourced delivery teams.
• Works with HR users' communities globally to guide and advise on the delivery of Workday changes and Projects in the areas of Compensation, Performance and Talent Management modules in Workday.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Capable of leading in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
• Contributes to their team or domain meeting goals through successfully leading and consistently delivering on projects of highly ambiguous scope, high complexity and critical business impact.
• Manage a team of 20+ Partner and Inhouse resources in a CoE model, including forecasting effort, budget management, demand pipeline management, Project Delivery leadership and Quality of Delivery.
• Proactively gives technical and strategic feedback on projects relevant to their expertise that leads to better outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:• 12+ years of working on Workday Platform in a Tech Delivery role with experience in Team Lead positions.
• Expertise in managing a team of 20+ Workday Consultants in a Delivery management structure (Service Partner or GCC)
• Hands on Experience in delivering Projects or Implementation of Workday Compensation, Performance & Talent Management capabilities.
• Hands on experience in inbound/ outbound integrations using core connector, Workday studio, managing business processes, working with EIB.
• Build and operate effective practices on Demand Backlog Management, Agile team delivery, Resource Utilization and Governance and Reporting of outcomes for the Workday Delivery organization.
• Proven experience in managing Team Capacity Utilization and hiring and onboarding of new resources as needed.
• Developing & implementing better people management practices for effective operations.
• Offering supports in delivery of HR Processes at the business side and managing complex HR Projects.
• Strong Knowledge on working with CR-Change Requests as per business requirement and building and moving changes to production.
• Excellent interaction skills and experience in working independently as well as in a team.


Preferred Qualifications:• Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups
