Job Description

The organization is currently hiring an app developer. This role primarily involves developing new applications and managing the functionality of existing ones owned by the organization. Additionally, you'll be responsible for enhancing installation rates and ensuring optimal performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a user-friendly interface that encourages engagement and regular use of the organisation's mobile applications.

Implement secure payment gateways, authentication systems, and data security measures to ensure safe online donations.

Build functionalities like one-click payments, campaign management, and donation tracking to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of app features and updates.

Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the app.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mobile app development to continuously improve the functionality and performance of the app.

Build and develop additional apps as required to support new initiatives and expand the reach of the organisation's mission.

Adhere to established coding standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and security of the app.

Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Dart.

Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of backend development technologies for implementing server-side logic and APIs.

Familiarity with mobile app security concepts and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
