About the role : APAC Regional Applications Operations Leader is responsible for the stability and availability of all Americas regional specific Digital platforms, (including the management of our partners and vendors), to ensure the best digital experiences for established, new and non-customers related to the Business Unit(s) requirements. The APAC Regional Applications Operations Leader governs all processes and procedures which deliver change to those platforms, with a view to minimizing incidents and operational risk while maintaining the agility required for us to be first to market and execute our long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Guide vendor teams to ensure proper support levels for all operations are managed appropriately in a cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices Coordinating with relevant Business Unit stakeholders on daily activities across Finance, HR, Digital, Marketing, Process improvement Drive performance improvements, tracking, and proactive responses Report on Business Unit specific application management performance Partner with vendors to ensure proper staffing levels are utilized in an optimal way. Formulate strategic and operational objectives Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Introduce innovative ways to increase quality of Service Delivery Support and drive data quality across Service Management and Application Architecture platforms Incorporate monitoring tools into the operational procedures Harmonize Operational Governance across application management suppliers Develop agile processes into the application operational governance Requirement : Ability to lead vendors with a focus on accountability and proactivity Ability to think critically and offer solutions Technical proficiency across a variety of ERPs, CRMs, platforms, and tools A wide degree of creativity to drive resolution of complex problems Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization Basic Qualifications: Any Graduation or Equivalent Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Project management experience required Certified in Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred ITIL certified preferred Service Management experience Benefits : We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
