The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

The finance analyst will assume responsibility for ensuring accurate posting are made to SAP in a timely fashion using in both English and German languages.
The analyst will take responsibility for certain reporting tasks and provide adhoc support where required.
Accuracy and accountability of Reconciliation and timely review of GL balance to ensure proper and correct bill passing effect.
Ensuring timely accounting of all the invoices for all sites for availment of GST ITC & VAT as well as recording of expenditure for smoothing Monthly reporting Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable bill passing and accounting for three Sites (India, Germany & MAMIPL)
• Timely processing of general ledger transactions & Maintenance
• Ensure clear communication is maintained with the three manufacturing sites (India, Germany & MAMIPL), taking a lead on issue resolution.
• Ensuring Proper and correct Input Tax Credit of GST along with reconciliation with GST Portal and System (Tally) with alignment of concern GL.
• Ensuring Compilation of GST summary, Preparation and filing GST Returns

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CAM inter
Minimum 6-8 Years of Experience
Working in Accounts & SAP/Tally Knowledge/ Dynamic 365 - Essential
Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation - Essential
German Language is Essential (Read & Write)
