Given the next phase of growth, this role is a critical role for the organization:

• Invoice processing for Hosur site driving accuracy, three-way match control, on time accounting
• Adherence to SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
• Validation of monthly expense provision (Supplier statement validation for monthly provision purpose.
• Compliances with GST and TDS provisions
• RCM applicability cases for specific services
• Work with Operations & cross function team to resolve invoice related issues.
• Perform Vendor reconciliations for the site for the Service vendors.
• Awareness on MSME requirements and to ensure there are no default in payment to MSME vendors.
• Support Internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Support projects for simplification & standardization of Systems and Automation of processes
• Support to monthly MIS related activities
• Custody of documentation

Requirements

• Experience professional with minimum 5-7 years experiences of P2P process including in Multi-national corporations
• Well versed with GST and TDS provisions
• Experience in M3 is good to have
• Good communication skills
• Sound accounting treatment application, established strong analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in an open environment and embrace change, and work with cross functional teams

Desired characteristics:

• Well versed in P2P process and SOX / internal control framework
• Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances and/or ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Has good fundamental organization & prioritization skills
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
• Ability to work independently.
