Key Role & Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information on domestic processes, products, and services
• Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues
• Process customer requests, updates, and cancellations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
