RESPONSIBILITIES:



A. Execution of Routine Functions



1. Monthly Ward-Stock-Take activity for all IP Ward-Stock Locations, Cath Lab and Emergency Dept.

2. Physical monitoring of ward-stock-needs and strict FIFO implementation in coordination with Nursing-In-charge. Monitoring & Segregation of nearing expiry and non-moving products and transfer to BH-Pharmacy.

3. Reduce condemnation value and Nearing Expiry Value by using Inter-Ward-Rotation of products as and when necessary.

4. Vigilance audit of items in Crash Carts.

5. Resolution of On-line / In-person feedback-queries of IPD & OPD Patients.

6. Overseeing and reporting activities of Pharmacy Facilitation Officer (PFO)

7. Execute Pharmacy scroll submission & miscellaneous documentation in the absence of Jr. Officer/ Sr. Pharmacy Staff.

B. Execution of Periodic Functions



1. Return of batch-wise Nearing-Expiry-Medicines from all wards to BH-Pharmacy through Apex Software by 5th of every month.

2. For all Ward Locations, Publish Closing-Stock-Value report (monthly), Nearing-Expiry-Report (Quarterly) and Condemnation report (Quarterly).

3. Apex Go-Live for Operation-Theater-Ward-Stock-Location.

4. Continuous monitoring and Liaisoning with various agencies to make Pharmacy Locations FDA-compliant viz. Pharmacy Central Store, BH-Pharmacy, OT-Pharmacy and Generic Pharmacy. Execute activities involved in procurement of New Licence, License renewals three months before expiry, Pharmacist listing/ de-listing. Comply with appropriate documentation and license display in all Pharmacies listed as above.

5. Keep the files up-to-date in all respects for NABH/PDQ-Bureau Veritas /FDA inspection and Internal audit.

6. Infrastructure development, Maintenance of existing infrastructure and Supervise routine housekeeping activities.

7. Execute induction plan for new joinees as described in the Pharmacy Manual.

8. Provide assistance for setting up Pharmacy Services in Community Medical Camps / Disaster Medical Camps

9. Execute other responsibilities as and when assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:



l Thorough with hands-on functional skills needed for Hospital Pharmacy Operations.

l General awareness of medicine brands, its composition and its various substitute available in the Pharmacy.

l Hands-on experience of HIS-Pharmacy-software application.

l Expertise in meticulous documentation.

l Report preparation and presentation skills.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
