Company Profile: We are one of the fastest growing industrial firm in Mumbai. In line with the recent staff movement, we are looking for an experienced leasing manager with leadership experience to manage team and portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities include :

- Conduct market research to understand industry needs and maintain up to date market benchmarks of rental and occupancy, which will form part of the Annual Marketing Plan

- Secure new tenants by identifying and showing prospective tenants available spaces at the approved rental rates and terms.

- Source and manage leasing pipeline and to improve current conversion of leads to deals locate new potential sales. Identify and maximize all existing and potential sources by working with real estate IPCS.

- Review, identify and proposed rental reposition properties within the assigned portfolio to enhance and improve marketability and revenue.

- Source and identify prospects for built-to-suit and lease project.

- Develop relationships with IPC companies and direct relationships with prospective tenants like E-commerce, 3PLs, Retail, FMCD&CG, Consumer Durables, and Manufacturing top companies.

- Liaise with IPCs, 3PLs, and direct clients for their space requirements.

- Liaise with the Contract and Design team for drawing and cost. Share the proposal and arrange for the site visit. Negotiation and closure of the deal along with Management.

- Liaise with Legal Department for lease/ L&L/Maintenance agreement draft closure.

- Post-agreement handover & post-handover formalities, pending activities.

- Prepare Business Development Project PPT for Presentation and Project Synopses for the Client and senior person on the Board.

Skills Required:

- Should be a go-getter & Self Motivator. Relevant experience of minimum 15+ yrs in the Real Estate /Construction industry and Industrial.

- Possess minimum a recognized Degree or Diploma in Real Estate IP\'C

- Possess leadership experience with proven track record to drive performance up and boost positive morale.

- Possesses the ability to work with little to no supervision an effective multi-tasker. Has exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Possesses excellent organizational skills.
