:The ability to work across line of business and across function (including sales, operations, technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance) is paramount in delivering a world-class offering and client experience.As an "Annuity & Life Insurance - Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x9d in our \xe2\x80\x9cInsurance Strategy and Transformation team\xe2\x80\x9d, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. The Insurance Strategy and Transformation associate will support the annuity and life insurance platform and program across the line of business within Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan; Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Securities and the Private Bank. This will entail platform management, designing and managing end-to-end client and Advisor experience and partnering with the team to implement the strategic business priorities across the platform and products to support execution of the annuity and life insurance offering. The candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-pace environment, be a self-starter, and execution-focused ability to drive tasks and projects to completion.Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the annuity and insurance operating model on platform in partnership with Business Leads, Client Service, Operations, and Technology
• Lead project deliverables by defining project timeline, manage project deliverables end to end, set and execute delivery milestones, follow escalation matrix, and stakeholder management.
• Closely partner with the Annuities & Life Escalation Resolution Team (ALERT) on issue resolution and root cause analysis with a holistic eye on continuous process improvement
• Create user stories and journeys, business requirements, partner with design team through design process and guiding the technological execution including managing business requirements.
• Follow and execute on program management that is put in place to ensure: (a) tracking workstreams and initiatives, (b) create, (c) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful.
• Work closely with Product and Area Product Owner/s to ensure roadmap items adhere to the timeline.
• Work in agile framework to deliver platform upgrades with Ops, Tech and Product team.
• Understand business needs in context of short and long-term objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Agile experience, preferably 6-8 years. Experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, and SNOW tickets a plus.
• Business analyst with project/product management experience in financial services;
• Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision.
• Understanding of JPMorgan Asset Management, and Global Wealth Management specifically
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably intermediate or advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx and Tableau skills
• High attention to detail
• Understanding of JPMorgan Asset Management, and Global Wealth Management specifically

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills. Technology background a plus
• Annuity or Life Insurance related experience is a plus
• MBA/Post Graduate preferred with 5-7 years of experience, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification is a plus
