We're building our technology platform from the ground up, and we need a dynamic, hands-on technology leader to spearhead this effort.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy : Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and achieve brand objectives.Content Creation : Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to create visually appealing and on-brand content, including posts, stories, reels, and carousels.Community Management : Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering relationships with the Instagram community.Campaign Management : Plan and manage Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs (followers, reach, engagement rates, etc.), and provide insights for improvement.Trend Spotting : Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram features, trends, and competitor strategies, incorporating them into campaigns.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align Instagram strategies with overall brand goals and campaigns.Qualifications & Skills :- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses.- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.- Excellent content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.- Proficiency in Instagram analytics tools and ad management platforms.- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and organizational skills.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
