Animator
Job Description
:
We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to bring storylines and characters to life through visually stunning animations in various mediums such as films, games, and videos. As an Animator, you will possess a keen eye for detail and artistic flair, effortlessly transforming scripts and concepts into captivating computer-generated animations. Your role will involve developing exceptional visual frames using 2D/3D or other techniques.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Conceptualising ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements
• Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs
• Developing storyboards for animation projects
• Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
• Developing timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements
• Working with the story editors to merge the various layers of animation
• Recording dialogue for the animation, where necessary
• Collaborating with other creatives including designers, photographers and other animators to finalise projects
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as animator
• Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
• A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills
• Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per year
