Qualification: Any Degree, Should have experience in leading a team of 15. Experience: 10+ Years Salary: 50+ K (Based on experience) Skill: Maya, Blender. Knowledge about Hindu Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayanam, Mahabharatham. Location: Chennai : Creative Direction: The Animation Head is responsible for setting the creative direction of the animation, in collaboration with the creative team and the projects director. This includes defining the overall visual style, character design, and animation techniques to ensure they align with the projects vision. Storyboard Review: They review and provide input on storyboards to ensure that they can be effectively translated into animation. This involves assessing the pacing, composition, and continuity of the animation sequences. Team Management: Animation Heads typically oversee a team of animators, which can range from a small group to a large department. They are responsible for hiring, training, and managing the animators, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks effectively. Quality Control: They are responsible for maintaining the quality of animation throughout the production process. This involves conducting regular reviews, providing feedback, and making necessary adjustments to meet the projects standards. Timeline Management: Animation Heads must ensure that the animation work stays on schedule. They create production timelines and milestones, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Communication: Effective communication is crucial.
