Formulation

Formulate least-cost solutions for cattle and poultry feed as needed.

Develop new cattle and poultry products.

Conduct cost evaluations for all cattle feed (CF) and poultry feed (PF) products every 10 days.

Research & Development

Study of competitor products in market & comparison with our existing products.

Upgradation of existing products.

Conducting trials of new product at field & maintain the record of the same.

Substitution of Raw Material/additives by inclusion of New Raw material/Additives.

R & D to improve quality of final products ( Milk & Meat quality)

Feed Manufacturing

Set QA parameters for RM, premixes for purchase.

Set QA parameters for Finished Goods.

Calculate Raw Material & feed supplements requirement for Cattle Feed & Poultry Feed production of all plant.

Coordination of purchase, QC & production department.

Visit to all plant as per defined schedule

Update the nutritive value of Raw material in Brill in coordination with QC Dept.

Monitoring production process & Lab activity for proximate analysis of raw material.

Monitoring of Non Moving & Slow-moving raw material, premix & FP at Feed Mill & plan for reprocess before expiry.

Monitoring & Recording of Raw material quality stored at Outside go down at regular period to ensure nutritive value of Raw Material

Reporting and MIS

Comparative analysis of Competitor feed

R & D trial outcome & results.

Presentation of factual data which shows inefficiency in purchase planning & execution

new methods, new raw materials , new technology in poultry as well as cattle feed

Administrative Accountabilities

Premix/Feed Manufacturing & Quality.

Coordination of purchase, QC & production department.

R & D Trials for Product Upgradation & New product development.

Handling of cattle feed & poultry feed customer complaints, traceability & action plan to avoid the same in future
