Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Lead to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Angular, capable of driving the development of high-performance web applications. As a Senior Angular Lead, you will manage a team of developers, provide technical direction, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of developers.
• Review code for quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest Angular trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in architecture design and decisions to improve the performance and scalability of applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in front-end development, with at least 4+ years in Angular.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Experience with state management tools like NgRx or RxJS .
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with Angular applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Node.js or other backend technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma .
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure .
• Experience in handling large-scale enterprise projects.
