We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our development team at Saneforce. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performing, reusable, and reliable Android applications that align with business objectives and enhance user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve the performance, usability, and responsiveness of existing applications.
• Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews & developer testing.
• Debug and resolve technical issues reported by QA or end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, libraries, and tools.
• Work with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Kotlin (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android components (Activity, Fragment, Service), and lifecycle management.
• Experience with MVVM or similar architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of Room Database, Retrofit, and Jetpack libraries.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Understanding of Material Design principles and guidelines.
• Experience with debugging and optimization tools like Android Profiler.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.

Preferred Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Kotlin.
• Knowledge of modern Android development practices like Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
• Exposure to Google Play Console for app publishing and analytics.
