Position: Android Developer



Experience: 3+ Yrs

Location: Faridabad

Primary Skills: Android, REST and JSON, Android SDK

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced Android applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON to integrate with back-end services.
• Leverage third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app functionality.
• Maintain and update existing apps, ensuring compatibility with new Android versions and devices.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency and app performance.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Android development.



Qualifications:



• Proven experience in Android app development and published at least one original Android app.
• Solid experience with the Android SDK and the Android development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and working with remote data.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs, and experience integrating them into mobile apps.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architectures, UI/UX best practices, and the latest trends in mobile development.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle (from concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
