Anchor for Dharmatex
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Anchor for Dharmatex , a leading brand in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will create engaging video content to showcase our products and manage customer interactions via WhatsApp to ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and informative product videos for social media and other platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage conversations on WhatsApp professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with business goals.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera and creating video content.
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business and its features.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
