Job Description


As an Anaplan Sales Executive, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Anaplan[EPM] platform and its applications to lead our sales efforts. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and guide them through the sales cycle to successful adoption. With your expertise in consultative selling and your ability to translate clients\' needs into tangible solutions, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our client base. Responsibilities: Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within industries where Anaplan\'s[EPM\'s capabilities can drive value. Utilize your network, industry events, and digital platforms to generate a consistent stream of qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing to capitalize on inbound leads and implement targeted outreach strategies. Consultative Selling and Solution Positioning: Understand clients\' business challenges and objectives, and demonstrate how Anaplan\'s solutions can address them. Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of Anaplan\'s platform in the context of clients\' needs. Customize presentations and proposals to align with specific client use cases. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to gain their trust and confidence. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests. Act as a strategic partner, offering insights and recommendations that align with clients\' long-term goals. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and finalizing deals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and implementation specialists, to ensure smooth client onboarding. Pipeline Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Generate regular reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy. Market and Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for product enhancements or new features based on client feedback and market demands. Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 5 to 6 years of successful experience in selling Anaplan solutions or comparable enterprise software solutions. Strong familiarity with EPM platform and its applications in business planning, finance, and performance management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach, adept at translating client needs into actionable solutions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
