-Client Acquisition: Actively engage in prospecting and lead -generation to acquire new clients and foster business relationships.
-Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
-Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
-B2B and B2C Sales: Implement effective strategies for both B2B and B2C sales, adapting approaches to different client segments.
-E-commerce Portals: Manage and leverage online B2B portals such as Indiamart and Alibaba for business growth.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the overall business strategy.
-Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
-Familiarity with online B2B portals, particularly Indiamart and Alibaba.
-Knowledge of the sports industry and passion for sports-related products.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
