Min 3 years of experience in Informatica Tools CDGC, MDM, EDC, Axon, IDQ, IICS etc., : working with data - quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, including handling, manipulating, and analyzing data Experience with process automation and business process mapping Intermediate to advances in SQL and in general, using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems Ability to go into the details to analyze the results and develop scalable solutions to improve day-to-day operations Strength in finding opportunities and executing on analytical challenges for maximum customer impact Able to handle a high volume of transactions/data and discover trends, patterns and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams Proficiency in data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage. Strong understanding of data governance and management principles and methodologies. Expertise in data catalog, data lineage, data quality, and master data management. Proficiency in data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage. Establishes, maintains, periodically reviews and recommends changes to data governance policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Conducts audits to ensure that policies, procedures and metrics are in place for maintaining/improving the program. Aligns the Data Governance policy with the overall goals of the business strategy. Drives change in the organization to maximize the value of its data and plans for how the company will make those changes. Good to have: Data Governance certifications in CDGDC, Axon, Collibra, Alation etc., Experience or knowledge of different informatica solutions such as Master Data Management, IDMC etc. Experience / fair level of understanding with other data management tools and technologies. Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and compliance regulations. Familiarity with recent technology changes in data catalog, data quality, and data lineageEXPERIENCE
