ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- BA/BS Degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years\' experience in similar business discipline
- History contributing to and managing digital related initiatives such as: SEO/SEM, marketing campaigns, website development, user experience, etc
- Highly adaptive with the ability to problem solve and think critically
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Ability to prioritize workflows based on level of effort / risk vs reward
- Experience with performance measurement (A/B and multivariate)
- Knowledge of website analytics tools and KPI management (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- + Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
