ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have -

• 6-8 yrs. of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations.
• Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.
• Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs.
• Exposure to any SPA framework - Angular, ReactJS etc.
• Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.
• Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.
• Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers
• Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)
• Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.

Special consideration given for -

• 
  Should have been in a client facing role in the previous role.
• Previous experience working with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
• Exposure to any server-side technology - Python, PHP
• Good understanding of integration of Target with other Adobe solutions - Commerce, Analytics, Audience Manager etc. would be plus.
• Experience presenting in front of various technical and business audiences.
• Web/Mobile App development experience.
