Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Associate Manager
In this role, you will:
As part of a team focused on the preserving the customer experience, we are looking for Analytics Associate Manager within Commercial Banking Data & Analytics Team to support Operation analytics. This role requires candidate with strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities: • End to end Project management from discovery of core business problems, translation into analytic projects and delivery
• Lead a team of SharePoint Online, Power Platform specialist and Business Analysts to deliver solutions that meet requirements and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee the architecture, customization and deployment for sharing point online sites and reporting platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
• End to end ownership of driving efficiency by using techniques on analytics sandbox to migrate existing processes.
• Provide analytical support for evaluating, implementing, monitoring, and executing analytical projects.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards, data stories reports and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for business.
• This role is strategic is nature and will require significant experience in reporting, analytics, dashboarding and development of power apps, power automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Responsible for Project Management and train junior team members as well develop and define new projects with stake holders, own and take full accountability for delivering the projects and build great experience for stakeholders.
• Use robust analytic tools and techniques & partner with several groups to accurately built in drivers of volume.
• Partnering across the Wholesale Lending Organization teams to understand operational workflow, priorities on capacity and hence be able to deliver operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and implement governance policies, best practices, and standards within the organization.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelors, or Master. College Degree or Higher in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
• 10+ years' experience in similar roles
• 6+ years of experience in Share Point Online, Powe Apps and Power Automate.
• 5+ years of experience developing SAS, SQL, Power BI.
• 2+ years' experience in managing and leading team
• Strong experience with data integration, database structures and data warehouses.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
• Partner Management experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications: • Certifications in Power Apps and Power Automate tools.
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• BI Tools: Oracle BI, SSRS, Tableau.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, lending is a plus
• Financial services experience (Wholesale Banking a plus) and Operations research
• Understanding Financial products, systems, and platforms
• Applications: MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)
