:As a Analytical R&D Manager at Innovind Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in driving our pharmaceutical development projects.You will lead a team of talented Analysts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust formulations for various pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Analytical R&D for regulated markets, project management, and a proven track record of successful product development.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the analytical R&D team, aligning it with the company's overall goals and innovation pipeline
- Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing team of analytical scientists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Provide expertise in Analytical method development and method validation of solid oral formulations and oral solution formulations.
- Expertise in handling HPLC, UV, KF and any other analytical instruments required for the analysis of proposed projects.
- Managing maintenance and troubleshooting of Analytical instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Formulation, regulatory, and manufacturing, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure the analytical function complies with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, MHRA,ICH guidelines).
- Manage analytical projects effectively, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate complex analytical data and findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Post-graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Analytical research and development in generic drug development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven track record of successful handling projects for various dosage forms.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to quality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Analytical R&D- Generic Drug Development: 10 years (Required)
