Core Purpose of the Role:
  • As a Senior Executive, the candidate will be responsible for conducting and overseeing NMR experiments in a GMP-regulated environment to support the Development, validation and Stability studies. He/she will develop protocols, validate methods, and ensure compliance with industry standards and collaborating closely with Quality Assurance and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct GMP-Compliant NMR Experiments: Perform and oversee GMP-compliant multinuclear and multidimensional NMR experiments to support. Identification/QNMR development, Validations and Stability testing of Characterized reference standards.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure NMR data is collected and analyzed per GMP regulations and company SOPs. Meet all the requirements of the company safety, ethics, and quality programmes.
  • Method Validation: Develop and validate NMR methods in line with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of experimental procedures, results, and deviations for regulatory compliance.
  • Training and SOP Development: As a laboratory personnel should get trained on GMP practices and NMR techniques; assist in developing and revising SOPs.
  • Collaboration with Quality Assurance: Work with QA to ensure NMR processes and data meet all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of NMR equipment for consistent performance in a GMP environment.
  • Participate in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and demonstrating GMP compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the NMR laboratory to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Specific requirements for this roleExperience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on NMR experience in in pharmaceuticals preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
Skills and Capabilities:
  • GMP Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP regulations and experience implementing these standards in the lab.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in NMR techniques (1D, 2D, 3D) with experience in method validation, including identification and QNMR.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with Bruker NMR operating platforms
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex NMR data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and presentation of findings.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
