You will be able to make a real impact here and the EIU through working on a range of projects which will challenge you and build your knowledge and skills at pace. As a Snr Analyst, you will be contribute to a variety of different projects as well as be exposed to our other consulting businesses and the wider EIU. You will meet, work with, and be mentored by our industry leading consultants and economists. The role The role kicks off with a structured induction to give you an overview of the our business and our differentiators, introducing you to our work across the different consulting teams, which are led by our experienced consultants. As a Snr Analyst, you will be continuously mentored so that you have the necessary support and guidance to fully develop your knowledge and skills. You will be working closely with more senior consultants who will help you consolidate these new capabilities. We believe in equipping you so that you have the ability to progress quickly in our business. You will first become comfortable with our analysis frameworks and methodologies, as well as mastering a range of more technical consulting skills. As you progress from Analyst to Associate you will begin to develop your client presentation and project management skills. As you move from Senior Associate towards Principal, we will help you become proficient in managing our client accounts and developing new business for us. We want you to progress quickly so we will focus on ensuring you have the right skills at each stage. The role, while intensive, is rewarding and you will be part of a culture which is supportive and nurturing. We are seeking future consulting leaders and therefore we will develop and support you continuously. How you will contribute: Serve as the member of a project team executing either single or multi country project engagement in the healthcare industry in the areas of market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, channel optimization strategy, and competitive benchmarking Support the project manager in client management during the course of the project engagement, including communicating project updates, presenting key milestones, pre-empting project issues, managing different client stakeholders, etc. Mentor, guide the analysts ensuring that they meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers Experience, skills and professional attributes Who is eligible to apply and what do we look for We look for experienced hires from all disciplines who have a passion for consulting and the healthcare industry.
