The Analyst/Senior Analyst will play a key role in ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and overall IT Risk Management at Columbus.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supporting or working on projects/programs related to ISO 27001, GDPR, and IT Risk Management
• Strong understanding of EU Data Protection laws.
• A good understanding of IT Compliance and Risk Management functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST & other similar Information Security frameworks.
• Should be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Must demonstrate a genuine interest in Information Security, possess a risk-oriented mindset, and actively participate in security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the implementation and maintenance of individual workstreams within security and compliance programs, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and other IT Risk Management initiatives.
• Drive programs that ensure adherence to Data Protection laws, especially GDPR, and assist in implementing GDPR requirements within the organization.
• Participate in IT Risk Assessment processes, gather necessary data, and assist in communicating assessment outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development, updating, and implementation of security measures and controls, contributing to the organization\'s overall security posture.
• Contribute to incident response plans, assist in documenting information security incidents, and participate in the resolution process.
• Collaborate with the team to establish metrics and develop dashboards using relevant tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of information security initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Apply Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess an ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Be Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge in infrastructure and network security
• Knowledge in application security (example - OWASP)
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementor certification
