Analyst Procurement Operations

As Analyst Procurement Operations, you will Support central SuM Expert teams with the coordination and administration of risk, responsible sourcing, and compliance activities. This role will be based in Chakan, Pune.

What you will do

• Execute transactional, replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies. Ensures process compliance (supply chain/Logistics/PtP).
• Comply with global supplier management processes and stays updated on process development. Update Supply Manager and key stakeholders on operational purchasing issues and share best practice.
• Understand impact of data accuracy in purchasing orders
• Feedback system issues to the relevant supplier management responsible contact
• Communicates updates and new developments to relevant key stakeholders

We believe you have

• A Full Time University degree and at least 04 years of related experience in area of supplier base management & compliance, quality and risk management..
• Good knowledge of IT systems SAP ECC and SAP Ariba is preferred.
• Proven data management / analysis skills.
• Upper intermediate English language skills: Fluency in English language skills both written and spoken as required at operational level.
