MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia PacificAbout the RolePosition Title: Data AdministratorCorporate Title: Administrator / AnalystLocation: BengaluruJob ProfilePosition detailsThe individual will be responsible for supporting the organization in developing, implementing and maintaining governance frameworks. The role required compliance with regulatory requirements timely updates and liaising with various stake holders to ensure organizational performance and managing risk. Staff will join us and will be placed into a specific development, engineering, or business team. With projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop participants, the program is designed to offer real-world experience working in their respective line of business/ function as well as learn to work together in collaborative teams.. Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage KYC client reports by collecting data from various sources including local branch Inventories.
• Assist in drafting reviewing and implementing governance MIS and reporting standards.
• Track and report key governance indicators.
• Monitor adherence to established governance framework.
• Conduct analysis, reconciliation of large data.
• Manage timely updates reports and serve as a liaison with various stakeholders.
• Liaising with various departments and internal stakeholders to create collaborative work relationships understand their data requirements, propose the solutions, advocate the team values, obtain their supports when required.
• Create data reports for other stakeholders to comprehend business facts and trends to make better decisions.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, propose modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Awareness of KYC knowledge (Good to have)
• Attention to details essential.
• Details technical knowledge of various client types & their structure (Good To have)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and strong team player
• Demonstrated experience in establishing strong credibility to build influential relationships stakeholders to identify gaps and improvements within KYC process
• Strong gap analysis & RCA skills.

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Specialization or course in Excel, MS suite preferred.
• Candidates with good understanding of Client/Static Data Reference and system data.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good writing skill and fluent in English
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing, developing, and improving workflow tools and processes in data acquisition, processing, and publishing of data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels and cross-borders.
• Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks.
• Candidate must be willing to adopt to new systems and various system workflows.
