The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a sales environment, with a basic understanding of international inside sales of IT services for B2B clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen ability to analyze and improve business processes to drive sales growth.Responsibilities:-- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of sales data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.- Actively participate in client presentations, helping to pitch sales proposals and solutions.- Collaborate with developers to clarify detailed specifications and designs.- Conduct market research to support sales initiatives and identify potential new markets.- Participate in the development and refinement of sales processes, tools and metrics.- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations and documentation.- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing prioritiesSkills:-- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.- Good planning, organizational and time management skills.- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
