You will manage demand from users on IT services and supervise the delivery. You will manage implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure projects. You will manage change initiatives properly and in a systematically manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change. You will organize, supervise, and develop Helpdesk and Infrastructure team. You will provide IT support, guidance & training to VIP users. Education: Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 5 years\' experience in IT with various roles Technical Requirement: Strong technical knowledge on: Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment. IT Infrastructure architecture End User Assets & Support - Windows, Mac., Android, iOS Office 365 Tally Audio/Video Conferencing Network Support - Wi-Fi / LAN VIP End User Support Soft Skills: You are open minded and eager to learn. You have a client service orientation, dealing with difficult situation, developing others, team leadership, teamwork, and cooperation. Achievement orientation, creative thinking, discipline, analytical, research and evaluating.
