Our teams are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives success and operational excellence.The Global Shared Services team in MBS, India plays a crucial role in this mission, working together with our counterparts across the globe by providing various support services in Finance and Business.This role will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services Team, India which provides range of Finance Support services such Controllership, Business & Ops, Corp FP&A, Treasury, Credit & Collection etc.This role is essential in supporting the Treasury Function, working closely and independently with their team leader to ensure the timely execution and delivery of commitments. The candidate will be expected to meet the expectations of our functional stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accountability, strong work ethics, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.Responsibilities Include:Job Responsibilities and key tasks deliverables:

• Assist with preparation and review of weekly and monthly Treasury Reporting.
• Assist with preparation and review of weekly cash positioning/forecasting.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization
• Partner with banks to support KYC requirements as needed.
• Review and support daily cash reconciliations.
• Support accounting team to ensure proper posting of cash transactions.
• Support both internal and external audits, as well as Sox/K-SOX compliance initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional training.
• collaborate with other department, such as accounting, AP and AR to support business objectives.
• Implement IT tools to streamline treasury process and enhance efficiency.
• Able to manage regional stakeholders queries independently & in effective manner.

Qualifications:The following are required for the roleQualifications

• MBA or M.Com (Finance & Accounting)
• 5 to 7+ years of Global Treasury experience
• Strong Verbal and written English skills.
• Strong analytical background
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels of management & customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with a Global team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook

The following are preferred for the role.

• SAP experience, Bank portal Like (Bank of America, DBDI, PNC)
• Treasury Management System (TMS) experience (FIS/Integrity)
