Firm-wide Supplier Oversight Services (SOS) is a centralized group that manages the Third Party Oversight & Governance function across the organization. This group provides consistent monitoring of all Third-Party activities in order to ensure compliance to the Third Party Oversight (TPO) Standards and Global Technology Standards.
As an Analyst in SOS Centralized Services (Third Party Oversight), you will be responsible to assist in managing the Outsourcing Governance BOW for Steady State engagements outlined in the Third Party Oversight Standard Operating Procedures.
Job responsibilities
• Ensure all due diligence is completed and documented according to the firmwide policy and procedures for supplier engagements impacting the Firmwide TPO/ IAO Scorecard.
• Ensure MIS is maintained as per laid out frequency for the Governance processes owned along with accurate and real-time data on the SharePoint. Also, regularly review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for the processes owned.
• Review and approve Specialized Service Categories and Out of Scope requests submitted globally on the SSC SharePoint tool.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Executive Sponsors and Portfolio Managers from the Lines of Business (LOB). Act as a Process and Tool SME for the business.
• Ensure SOS review duties are delivered in an efficient, effective and sustainable way in line with internal SLAs, KPIs/ KRIs.
• Support non transaction related governance activities for SOS group pertaining to Spend Validation, New Third Party Provider etc. including any remediation activities that may be required to be conducted from time-to-time.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 2+ years relevant work experience in Operations, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles pertaining to knowledge of risk management and control principles with total work experience of 6+ years.
• The role requires extensive interaction with internal customers. Strong written and verbal communicator along with effective stakeholder management & collaboration skills is a must.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills-ability to consistently achieve deadlines independently.
• Strong organizational management skills, including expertise in issue and conflict resolution.
• Ability to partner closely with related functions (Sourcing, Legal & Compliance, Audit, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and effective program.
• High level knowledge of TPO standards and experience with Corporate Sourcing and Standard TPO systems.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Understanding supplier contractual terms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of reporting tools & dashboard e.g., Excel, Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices, primarily understanding aspects related to Supplier's Financial Viability Assessment (FVA) is an added advantage.
