This position focuses on performing end-to-end tests for UKG Pro WFM (Time and Attendance), Kronos WFC timekeeping, and scheduling applications. This includes the identification of Functional, Technical, and Integration-related defects and effectively documenting defects to expedite resolution.What you'll do on a typical day:

• Review project deliverables, including requirement specifications, functional design documents, and technical design documents.
• Create Test cases and Test Plans needed for requirements and Execute Test cases.
• Define and manage test data required for testing activities, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Documents defects, and retest fixes on time.
• Maintain test evidence and test artifacts for audit compliance.
• Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Provide status and review key deliverables to the manager for review before publishing.

• 3-5 years of testing experience in Kronos application.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems like JIRA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with functional and technical teams spread across the geographies.
• Hands-on experience with the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module, including advanced pay rules config testing.
