Job Title:Analyst - Supply Chain SupportSummary: The role involves supporting the monthly Demand Review for all APAC businesses, ensuring alignment with the S&OP process and feeding outputs into supply reviews. Key responsibilities include conducting gap analysis and unconsumed forecast signal analysis, participating in regional business reviews, and engaging in Supply Reviews to understand constraints and provide feedback from Demand Reviews.
The position also requires supporting consensus bias and forecast accuracy RCCA, managing the demand hold and forecast hold processes, and providing daily support on forecast-related issues. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring key stakeholders on the demand forecast tool and supporting the AOP process.Responsibilities Include:

  • Support Demand Review on monthly basis for next 3-6 months forecast sign-off from commercial leaders.
  • Prepare and analyze Demand Review page, understand key gap, and support demand confirmation at sub-region level per quarter.
  • Work with sales leaders and sales team to ensure forecast is in line with sales estimate by quarter.
  • Understand upcoming demand risk and sales opportunity, share information with planning team to ensure operations are well prepared/aware of situation.
  • Understand key supply constrained from APAC site, pay attention on related forecast and alert sales team to minimized supply gap.
  • Perform on-going gap analysis between forecast vs. order position and provide feedback to commercial team for action at customer level.
  • Perform monthly checking on top unconsumed forecast signal for next three months at APAC MRP locations and make adjustment where needed.
  • Alert planner for significant demand change and ensure forecast updated.
  • Analyze and update RCCA for top bias gap on monthly basis and make forecast correction for next 3-6 months horizon.
  • Support OOS, SMI, inventory reduction by improving forecast accuracy.
  • Work with PM/SIOP on constrained plan when there is material place on demand hold / forecast hold and update in demand forecast tool accordingly.
  • Review demand hold / forecast hold tracker on monthly basis with PM, in supporting to release material from hold on timely basis to avoid unnecessary lost time in supply, assist in managing order on hold upon request.
  • Provide daily support on forecast related matter, includes but not limit to create new combinations, forecast update, sales assignment, and sales realignment.
Qualifications:The following are required for the role
  • Bachelors degree business/engineering/ management/operations or supply chain
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
  • Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
