Order to Cash oversight: manage and oversee the full OTC process.
Order management & processing: Planning for shipments, consolidations & containerizations, pull/ push orders to meet payload goals for primary and secondary networks, accurately create and manage customer orders in the system - ensuring all information is accurate and complete
Customer communication: serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding customer status, delivery schedule, and any issues that arise during the order process.
Order management compliance: ensure that OTC process in compliant with internal rules.
Process metric management: Partner alignment and teamwork activities, critical metric Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
Process improvement: identify opportunities and work with the gross functional team to implement best practices and improve overall efficiency.
KEY INTERFACES
Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations , Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
REQUIREMENTS
4 - 6 years of experience in order/customer management
Working Knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, Ariba will be an added advantage
Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action
Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
