We leverage new technologies and find innovative methods to ensure that Lowe\'s has a competitive edge in the market.About the TeamThe Store Ops team at Bangalore is an extension of the CRTV program at Lowes which provides actionable insights on the processes and activities pertaining to the customer and merchant returns. The team leads and delivers project level initiatives which involves the effective and efficient flow of merchandise throughout the Reverse Logistics network.Job Summary:Store Ops Analyst will help deliver operational results and support project level initiatives, relating to the data handling, analysis and insight generation in the returns prevention area. The Store Ops Analyst does a deep dive into the CRTV operations across the network and aims to forecast and understand the returns pattern by evaluating and assessing supply chain partners and inventory buyers.Additionally, the individual would need to collaborate closely with other Supply Chain and Merchandising departments, 3PL & Liquidation vendors in order to understand their dependencies onto the process.
