MISSION
The mission is an executive summary of the job\'s core purpose. It boils down the job to its essence, so it is clear to everyone why you need to hire someone into the role. Use clear language that is easily understood. Up to 5 sentences at least paragraph.
This Role requires to take care of all activities related to month end closing and reporting and other related compliance and support in Management Accounting for all DCS Europe entities. Person need to be self-driven and responsible to follow and implement processes and tools in DCS entities if complied with group policies and audit parameters. This role coordinate with various stakeholders in business, FP&A team and senior management team. Apparently the role requires to support statutory and internal audits as well for DCS legal entities.
OUTCOMES
Describe what a person needs to accomplish in a role. Complete all compliance and month closed activities within prescribed timelines. Continue review internal processes and improve to provide one trustable and correct view with quality variance commentaries.
Support in Statutory and Internal Audits, support to implement control around the processes. Take ownership to complete the deliverable, find out the gaps. Engage with wider DCS team and stakeholders.
Regular reporting of Compliance Dashboard and R&O. Be flexible to support team.

DCS India FSSC Finance team is part of Global Colt DCS finance team . We work closely with Colt Group Finance, wider SSC teams including TLC/TLR/Payroll/Capex and other teams. This team is on ground to support all accounting functions for DCS Europe entities (including any new entity as well). Team is focused to support Business and Stakeholders and ensure we are complied with FSSC Guidelines, Group Accounting Policies and Audit requirements and provide quality finance results to our business.

Coordinate and support Business teams and Group Finance to deliver organization goals.
