We need an individual with proven experience in adhering to software engineering best practices They are expected to have continuous improvement mindset, driving value-based process, product/application optimization Good Analytics and communication skills Rotational On-Call Weekend support if needed Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Hands on experience in ASP.NET Qualifications Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems and Familiarity with the .NET framework and .NET Core Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design and architectural patterns and Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C# Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Implementing unit tests Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Azure DevOps
