Position Summary

Analyst/ Senior Analyst - SharePoint/ Web Designer - USI Delivery Center for Creative Services So many people dream of a career in the creative industry; however, very few could make it a reality. Work you’ll do The SharePoint/Web developer assists internal clients with UI/UX wireframe designs and translate them to actual SharePoint pages for Deloitte internal and external clients using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and SharePoint. The candidate should use advanced knowledge while creating team sites and workflows using Nintex and InfoPath. In addition, the Web/SharePoint designer will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality.

• Design User Interface, create, and maintain SharePoint sites
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint and its functionalities
• Create project sites, surveys and team sites, both on Classic and Modern SharePoint
• Demonstrate working knowledge in SharePoint Designer and HTML coding
• Develop workflows and create SharePoint Forms using Nintex and InfoPath
• Knowledge of PowerApps, MS Automate would be an added advantage
• Have a good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Dreamweaver
• Knowing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD will be added advantage
• Map client requirements to SharePoint functionality, identify creative workarounds or customizations/custom development where required
• Gain expertise and stay up-to-date on Deloitte brand identity standards and brand templates
• Efficiently interact with India, US, and Global customers; understand the scope and purpose of the clients’ requirements, and provide design consultation
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and end users
• Good to have: API integration, React and Angular JS, Python

The team Creative Services is Deloitte's largest global design team. The mission is to deliver brand consistency, enhance speed-to-market, and drive operational efficiencies through global alignment of creative services professionals, process, and technology. Deloitte’s US-India Delivery Center is dedicated to providing creative graphic solutions in a variety of mediums. With 150+ designers and coordinators located across three global regions—providing consistent, high-quality, professional creative services, this team has established its reputation with clients throughout Deloitte. The Creative Services practice provides support on 35+ project types, including but not limited to presentation, proposal, sales sheet, newsletter, annual report, brochure, poster, placemat, advertisement, video, animation, illustration, interactive design, signage, SharePoint and microsite design. Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and Web design with CSS3, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, InfoPath and workflows.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Microsoft SharePoint certification is desirable.
• Should have worked on SharePoint site branding & customization using SharePoint Designer 2010/2013.
• Creative with strong attention to detail and Business Analytical Skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
