JOB DESCRIPTION SAP FICO Analyst is a member of the FICO GCC team, reporting to the FICO GCC Lead.
The FICO team is part of LS&Co\xe2\x80\x99s Technology organization and represents finance requirements/interests on projects involving the company\xe2\x80\x99s ERP system. The team primarily supports the initial implementation of S4 HANA in markets not already using S4. For markets already live on S4, the team supports the identification and implementation of new system functionality to improve existing global or regional finance business operations; and supports new IT projects that impact finance business processes.
ABOUT THE JOB (RESPONSIBILITIES):
FICO Analyst will be responsible for understanding the design Build, enhance, maintain, and support any one of the sub modules under the guidance of a senior team member.
Participate in FICO configuration related activities and project deliverables like functional requirements, design documents with limited guidance etc.
Effectively communicates with different stakeholders.
Participate in the system testing phase to ensure that the systems built meets the business requirements, including development of test scenarios, validation of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing.
Identify and document issues/errors and drive successful resolution of issues through all project phases (design, testing, and stabilization). Escalate issues when appropriate.
Provide first line of support during implementation stabilization periods and hyper care
ABOUT YOU (QUALIFICATIONS):
Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Chartered Accountant is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end to end SAP implementation experience. (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and one or two roll out/support projects experience.
Experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.
Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/ customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules [FI-MM/FI-SD /FI-CO].
Hands on experience in Identifying, analyzing and studying any new requirement highlighted by any Business Process owners and prepare the benefit analysis.
Ideally experienced in working in virtual teams and international environment.
Language Proficiency in English
