The custom business is a service provided to end user customer to offer products not existing in the catalog.Your mission will be to ensure the management of customer requests and orders for different types of products used for the Flow cytometry.You will be directly reporting to Manager Engineering (Manufacturing - Reagents/Other Consumables).Here is a comprehensive job description for this role :Sales Support:\xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts etc.\xc2\xb7 Proceed with the proper registration of different sales requests and contracts in the tool used for it (Sales Force / SFDC, Excel, SharePoint),\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.\xc2\xb7 Follow customer orders in accordance with the processes in place by respecting the characteristics of each product and the deadlines committed to the customers,\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in sales force, excel, SharePoint.Operations:\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective execution of operational processes.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.\xc2\xb7 Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.\xc2\xb7 Handle specific projects to improve current processes, propose new customer offersCommunication and Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the sales, operations, and other relevant teams by leading DIVE calls.\xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations team to ensure smooth information flow and seamless execution of processes.\xc2\xb7 Communicate any changes in orders to sales and marketing teams.\xc2\xb7 Handle urgent customer order with sales and key operations leaders with leadership\xc2\xb7 Respond to questions encountered daily in the course of the service\'s activities with planning teams, design teams, manufacturing teams, logistic teams, or sales teams.To meet the expectations of the position, the desired knowledge / previous experiences are:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor /Masters in any stream with 6+ years of experience\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in science biochemistry and immunology would be added advantages.\xc2\xb7 Curiosity, adaptability, dynamic, leadership\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in sales coordination or sales support roles, preferably with exposure to operations\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand complex processes and to proactively work and manage diverse team and environment.\xc2\xb7 Communication skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and leadership quality are essential.\xc2\xb7 Attentive to details and rigorous\xc2\xb7 Common/Fluent English mandatory to communicate with international sales and manufacturing sites.At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow\xe2\x80\x99s science and technology.
