Marketing Campaigns are critical drivers of American Express strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. Marketing teams across US need best in class tools and processes to enable flawless and timely delivery of their campaigns to unlock the value for our customers and prospects. The ECES US team is responsible for supporting marketers in their journey of marketing lifecycle by enabling campaign targeting, execution and list delivery processes as well as supporting in process enhancements and platform transformations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Segmentation, targeting & Eligibility lists via UNICA, DART, CMS.
• Work closely with the key partner groups in supporting the marketing strategies and implement these within Targeting & Eligibility process
• Proven track record of high quality delivery and driving process transformation
• Partner closely with ECES US Consulting team to support implementation marketing strategies by understanding business requirements and creating technical solutions.
• Ensuring that the design and build of technical solution meets the defined business requirements.
• Delivering all the projects within the defined timelines and with complete accuracy.
• Responsible to create/maintain best practices on production processes to ensure future scalability, cross-training, and efficiencies.
• May undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
• Adherence to all control and compliance requirements, support PRSA, Internal Audits
Critical Factors to Success:
• Excellent knowledge of Segmentation, Targeting and Eligibility List generation process.
• In Depth understanding of Marketing Lifecycle and associated sub-processes
• Self-starter and ability to implement innovative ideas in an ambiguous environment.
• Problem solving (information seeking, analytically thinking and being proactive)
• Ability to multi task - maintains focus despite interruptions. Quickly re-evaluates priorities based on new information; quickly shifts attention between tasks/projects
• Ability to tailor communications so that they are appealing and understandable.
• Ability to convey technical and business information clearly and concisely to groups or individuals either verbally or in writing.

Academic Background:
Bachelors in Management / IT / Engineering (such as B.E/B.Tech)
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
